Check out SmarterEveryDay's Deep dive series. He explains in parts of his video with some candor the navy tells him exactly what he can and cannot film. And if he caught something he wasn't allowed to film it was removed. He talks about the filming process which is kind of cool. He activily avoided pointing his camera at any screens that would have been classified to avoid having to use bluring. And asks at several points "is it ok for me to film this" but he doesn't cut that out he leaves in those those hot takes which is nice getting to see the process. I'm assuming they are doing something similar here. They keep their shots tight on screen the navy doesn't care about and the navy are telling them what screens are ok and not ok.
