Apparently, people have forgotten that the Warriors' bench won the first 2 games of the Finals last year (45 pts in gm 1; 40 pts in gm 2), AND Kevin Love was concussed in game 2 and couldn't play in the 2nd half when the game turned into a blowout. Those were key events that helped GS build that 3-1 lead. KD upgraded the Warriors' starting unit, but weakened the bench. The Cavs match up well with GS's starting unit, and the Cavs have the bench edge now. Cavs win in 6.
Chuck makes a massive point. Klay isnt as good this year due to the fact that the emphasis isnt on "The splash brothers" anymore. Everything is KD and Steph. it must take a massive psychological toll on Klay to know that he is now probably the 4th best player on the team, when last year he was no.2
7 strong games.. I got LBJ finals MVP buh overall Kyrie & Curry are the 2 stars to pay attention too. Kyrie after the game sounds poised&ready for a rematch ..hes coming for Steph' ankles... Klay is the x-factor in this series for GS and Tristan is the x-factor for Cleveland.

Cleveland fans are simply idiots. They have Lebron so they feel no need to actually understand the nuances of the game. I deadass just had to school someone on IG who commented "Defense wins championships, not offense" IN THE SAME SENTENCE as "The Cavs are going to destroy the Warriors". Adding to your point, they've been #1 in both offense AND defense this postseason.... Sick of these casuals who get hype off highlights, as if Cleveland didn't finish 18th in Defense after being #28 from All-star break to end of season. Who tf can even play defense on their team besides JR; Shump and Bron? I cannot wait for Golden State to win.
Domiano Hunt good point even if u just look at the individual players it's not even close. Draymond arguably the best all around defender in the league. Durant career high in blocks. Klay one of the best defensive SG. Even igoudala is still a pretty good defender. Yea the cavs destroyed the east but they still allowed a lot of points against the pacers and even struggled containing the celtics at times I just don't see them being able to all of the sudden flip the switch and play elite defense. There only hope is if draymond gets suspended again
i'll go with chuck... i 'll pick cavs to win it's not just of lebron, it's because of kyrie... he is now turning into the best clutch and closer in the nba.
I got warriors in 5 because if one player having an off night they have 3 other players and don't forget they still have Shaun and Iguadola off the bench with McGee
gonna be interesting how Warriors interim coach Mike Brown coaches against LeBron (and if Steve Kerr comes back). I'm going with the Cavs to win in 6, since their bench is deeper than Warriors.
Chuck is right, but if kyrie and curry cancels each other, Lebron and KD cancels each other, then Klay become the X-factor. He will get the ball more this series because KD and curry might be struggling. The cavs will have to try to get an answer for him
no matter how horrible klay's playing. noone dares to leave him open. second of all. klay is a phenomenal defender at the guards position. so he's not a liability either way.
Warriors won 73 games last year then added one of the top 3 players in the world to their team and some people still pick Cleveland. Just goes to show the greatness of Lebron James

coming as heat fan this is what i think, i do see the cavs beating the warriors because i believe lebron wants it more than them and he knows that if he wins this year no one can say he aint near jordan because he would have beaten i team with 3 or more all stars two years in a row. Furthermore kyrie the last 2 games had been unstoppable and yes curry is good but if you have to defend kyrie it makes u tired therefore curry shooting will become limited. As for the centre position this is interesting because TT is better than zaza no doubt but mcgee he would be a match up. The warriors have quite a few fear but i think there main one is the fact klay aint scoring loads of points and he missing good looks. Finally the PF position will be interesting because Love has been a beast in the playoffs and draymond if love will post up will have a problem and he tends to lose patience when things doesn't go his way. I dunna before the cavs lost to the celtics i had cavs in 4 but now i see cavs in 5= guys tell me what you think

Cavs had no business winning it last year. All off season, all season long, this team has focused solely on this moment. Steph won't be guarding Kyrie much, Thompson will. You will only see that match up when they get the switch on the pick and roll. Kyrie is also a terrible defender and the Cavs in general were not a good defensive team. The east was really, really bad this year, and made the Cavs look more dominant than the are. I'm a heat fan too btw.
