It's just that often times, Kenny will "play devil's advocate" or be contrarian and it's just lazy sports analysis. A lot of pundits (Sports, Politics, Entertainment, etc) do it and collect an easy pay check.
I'm a Suns fan and I would not have called it a flagrant 2. "Maybe" during the season but not in the playoffs. Should have been a F1, Suns FF and possession of the ball. This way there's no effect on the outcome of the game what so ever. Suns had a 90% chance of winning anyway. NBA always seems to get it wrong for some reason.
@@platinumpineapple9943 flagrant 1 but dont eject him! that is deciding the game for the players. Let the players play it out. No wonder everyone is complaining that its a weak ass league. This is the playoff for fucks sake. it is meant to be more physical.
Shaq has talked about his own voice. He knows his limitations, but his insight as a former dominant player & mainly humor has likely made him more money off the court than on the court. Look at all his commercials.
@@ronroberts6956 That's actually really good. Atta baby, Ron! The game needs a little more physicality anyways, we need to stop the Flops and let the guys play a little tougher.
@@gordonrules123 it would be like any other League 'Removing Bad, Unfair or Dangerous' Plays. Typically it's the whistle that gets used to enforce but this prospective 250k Fine would be more of a deterrent than anything. Come at a dudes pocket and stuff will change. It wouldnt need to be permanent to change the league for the next generation.
Just watched hardwood classic 1998ish Spurs and Timberwolves. Pulling up at 20ft with no envy of the three ball. Most teams lack leadership from players on up for great all around shooting and passing
@Youcantkeepit factual bruh have you ever actually watched the NBA playoffs before this year? Injuries are a big deal and occur ever year come playoff time. Besides that, the Suns are whooping them. It's not like these games have been particular close.
Yeah its not because he didnt play well and his team got clapped or anything. Its all a conspiracy. Jokic should get every call and no one else should.
@@geordiejones5618 way to exaggerate my point. I didn't say they deserved to win so stfu if you can't read well. They lost, doesn't mean they didn't disrespect Jokic all season
In the Nets/Bucks game, a player got hit and was bloodied, and no one was ejected 🤔Jokic, who is league MVP, and got no calls, was ejected on a no blood 🩸 ALL BALL 🏀 flagrant foul call 😒 I can’t believe that they stop the game for that. Get the trainer out there. Get the Player up and walk him to the locker room. If he can’t walk a stretcher or wheel chair will do 🤕
No, they don't forget Murray's injury. They just accepted the fact the injuries are part of the game, and they cannot make it as an excuse especially in the Nuggets' case. The Nuggets went 13-5 without Murray, and sent the Blazers out of the playoffs.
Plus there is a huge difference between being able to dunk and being able to dunk in game. I guarantee Chris Paul would surprise you if you were just messing around in the gym
@@pierrecausemybladdersempty1678 Chris Paul did say on a podcast (JJ Redick’s I think) that he could still dunk. He went in depth with it too. I remember him saying that he rather not lose energy from dunking when he can lay the ball up. The 2 points are the same either way lol.
I was a suns fan for a while as a kid but since nash left haven’t kept up with them for a while watched games here and there until the bubble happened and i was watching them again and this season feels amazing lets keep up this energy 🔥🔥
Man if the suns win the championship I want to see how Charles Barkley reacts he’ll get so emotional it’s gonna be amazing seeing him congratulate Devin Booker and Chris Paul
@@BmoreAce24 People also ignore that the Suns only missed playoffs by one game and Deandre Ayton was suspended for 25 games of the season 😂 they would’ve been a playoff team last year and they’re all young. They grew a lot this season
@@Paulafan5 + they missed playoffs one game and DA missed 25 games because of suspension. They were a playoff team if their starting center wasn’t suspended a 1/3 of the season
As a nuggets fan, respect to the Phoenix Suns, they are more than deserving to move on and they were the better team. But the double flagrant call against Jokic was disgraceful. He's the MVP, and no other player of his stature (Chris Paul, Lebron, Steph, etc.) would've been ejected for a swipe that clipped the nose of a player. I know it wouldn't have changed the game, but dammit, I'm tired of Jokic being treated as a bench player. As basketball fans we should call out the double standards and hypocrisy. Chris Paul gets nudged and throws his body to get a petty ass call but the MVP can get bullied in the paint and not a whistle.
@@juansebastianraadmeza9405 He didn't slap nobody in the face and ain't nobody saying that because he's MVP he deserves a pass. That foul was not deserving of a flagrant 2
if payne was lebron, theyll bash him as cry baby or soft...but it happened to payne where he clearly acted it out, one calls him soft or cry baby..instead they blame the ref for soft calls😅😅😅 talking about double standard..
Every fucking thing is an accident. Say someone DUI driver kills your family, he surely didnt mean it, but he put himself in the position where he lost control, so he's to blame. Why are yall so stupid I have to explain everything.
ohhh here goes kenny - “The thing about chris...he has a box. it’s a huge box and it’s big enough to put things in...and that’s what you need to understand. without that box, i’m not sure where you would put things. box. “
@@KillaMusiktv1BlACKEYEDCORN Hahaha, yeah right. They just gave him those as freebees. Go check the record books and get back with me. Watch how the team played with him on the court and with him off.
Smh, Denver Nuggets broke down quickly, did not expect them to get swept out the Playoffs. Soon as Jokic went out that was the game right there, they lost their offense and their leader on offense.
Jamal Murray absence was so crucial for the Nuggets!! I believe if he was healthy..this series would of been completely different in another alternate universe lol but still Congrats to Phoenix💯💯
Injuries happen, the same could be said for just about every team dating back to when the first injury happened.... Would the Suns be in this position if the Lakers were healthy, what if klay wasn't injured, would the bucks have won today if kyrie didn't get injured? Etc, etc, etc, etc.....
Come on bro this man has fought for this opportunity from day 1 it ain’t HES fault he got caught in the injuries he had a chance in Houston I’ll let okc slide but the fact he even took okc to the playoffs shows a lot this guy is a mastermind a true point guard in the basketball ground can’t take that away from him
I have no idea how that was an ejection. 2 years ago he went for Lillard neck and that I don’t even think was a flagrant or maybe it was a flagrant one. But that one was actually intentional and had way more contact. This one pretty much should have just been a common foul then a tech for what happened after imo
Thank you for some reasons fans don’t want to look at that, I guess they want cp3 to win a ring so bad they want yo overlook how he did it, I want cp3 to get a ring but not like this the suns really have been lucky so far
NBA still so soft. Clearly from the video it was an accident, this a close out game and they eject him SMH. Refs foul calls are all over the place, you don't know when you getting 1
@@LastTrueElk yeah if he hadn't given up in game 5 or if the coaching would do better and give him better players than the always injured street clothes AD
I'm not a fan of CP's antics but he is one of the most disrespected players of all time. Statistically he's the best PG of all time. I would still take Magic, but CP3 is probably the 2nd best.
I want CP3 to win but that ejection was soft. Denver could've won this game probably seeing how close the score is but that ejection is weak. Man was going after the ball!
Even as Suns fan … I think ejection was a little overboard. Denver still would have lost had he stayed in the game, but I don’t think it was necessary.
To everyone saying it wouldn't have made any difference even if Jokic had not been ejected: - He was ejected in the 3rd quarter with 8 pts difference. You acting like it was 1 min left in Q4. You all psychic or something?
Listen, we all know the NBA hates the nuggets, it's obvious. But I can't help but wonder if they gave the MVP to Joker, and then made sure the nuggets never got any calls their way. Malone needs to make better changes, but come on man, it's obvious in every game who the NBA favors.
Cause they getting lucky, ad was hurt the first round, Murray is hurt and then on top of that eject another star player on an elimination game a mvp on top of that, it’s sad I guess they want the suns win it all cause now the nets are hurt Kyrie out, the suns are getting the best break of their lives
and the Lakers didn't get lucky last year in the finals when bam and dragic were out. Plus CP3 wasn't healthy in the first round, dude kept turning the ball over, losing his dribble, had no midrange at all in the series. The nuggets got swept too bruh like, how much of a difference do u think he would have made. I think the suns still come out on top There's always a casual like u who blames everything on injuries in the playoffs. Stay mad please
@@HumbleJames2177 Stop it lmaoo the lakers had AD for 3 of the games, chris paul played injured for the whole series and played worse then he did against the nuggets so you know it affected him, and the lakers had one of the best players of all time the whole series. Now with the nuggets it would have made a difference, but realistically the suns wouldve won, they completely swept them even with jokic playing great for all 4 games. Also everyone said the suns wouldnt make it far due to the team not having playoff experience and here we are, everyone who said that is quiet asf.
@@runnerup5676 stop it, the laker were the favorite even when the heat was healthy, was the sun the favorite against the lakers team no they wasn’t everybody was picking the lakers, and cp3 shoulder injury was minor and still played and still did his part with the assist, ad literally MISSED 2 and a half game so I don’t want to hear that bull, that like suns missing Booker for 2 and half game in a series you think they win nooooo
No chance. If we're moving Chuck to the 2000's then he gets clapped by the Spurs and Lakers. If we move Iverson to the 90's....then Jordan is still Jordan. It was just a tough decade unless you played w/ MJ, Duncan or Kobe/Shaq.
After my Warriors faded out I started watching the Suns (lived in Phx for 14 yrs) Boy! They remind me of Warriors 2017-18 and so much fun to watch them. My request to put a ring on it for CP3 was sent last week and I feel pretty good. I see it's already working - pathway being cleared!
