With heartfelt sorrow that I Inform that my friend Ranish Hewage aka Dentist was declared MIA while returning from a mission from behind enemy lines. His team was detected and they came under fire from the Russians. Some of his team mates got injured and Ranish as the commanding officer (while being injured himself) helped his wounded buddies to cross over to Ukrainian lines but unfortunately - he was unable to make it. We are still hoping for some good news. But with each day that passes by...luck is running out. :(

He told me the Extreme training he received from Sri Lankan Special forces is all that Saved his Life behind enemy lines. Apparently western forces like Ukraine and Russians do not get that type of hands-on Brutal Combat training (Other than the high tec weapons training) which may be why There are heavy casualties on both sides..., Any weapon made for men and be taught to any man with time...But the Body and Mental seasoning to face the hell fire of war...isn't something that can be trained to any man....( Lives which could have been saved...Lost pointlessly due to lack of training. Sad. )

@@REZNAP it is not a refurbishment of an MG42, but it is basically the same weapon. It is chambered for 7.62x51 NATO and depending on the bolt weight (it's swappable) it can fire at 800 or 1200 rounds per minute.

Therefore they don't have the rights of a prisoner of war, and as they're technically civilians they can be charged with murder if they are taken prisoner.
