INSIDE THE THUNDER HAWK - Nerf Teardown & Mod Potential 

You have completely changed my mind about the ThunderHawk. I want one now.

I had to remove the trigger lock completly after removing ar and padding plunger head, as the bit that presses down on trigger lock was 3mm back from lock. I also removed the ratchet prime lock bits in the bottom of gear box. Its a joy to mod.

I’d just upgrade the spring take out the ar and make the “rival sniper” that everyone wanted

Idea, right at the end were the dart comes out, you can have a FPS reader built-in, and because this thing kinda looks like a rail gun, you can have the screen up on the side or top, then somehow have it stay in-place while the extending barrel, extends.... FFT!

You can make a push breech out of the space left over from the Semi-smart-AR! Just enough space for Epoxy to get a decent hold, and the shroud leaves plenty of space for the barrel to get as much space as you need!

Of all the 2018 blasters, this and the Infinus are the only blasters I am interested in, it looks really sweet and a definite Centurion-slayer. Probably a big project to mod but worth it in my opinion, just to totally teabag anyone who has a Centurion and thinks they are amazing "sniper" rifles, hell, my Longshot I paid £10 for and the new bolt sled and spring kit cost me £30, totally owns any Centurion, at really good price as Centurions in the UK cost around for £100 if not more with and you can use all your preferred ammo and standard Nerf mags. Great video, thanks for sharing it with us! hope they release them in the UK soon!

The gearbox looks almost exactly like the rotofury one, but without slamfire. You should try if it is interchangeable, that way you could add slamfire to it

Don't forget the extended stock!!! Really excited to see what you can do with this, so much mod potential this is really something special, 3d printed clip bars for shotgun rival mega and single elite, with a pump mod that's so easy to do.Cant wait to see what you come up with!~

wow there is no barrel at all. it's a snub nose pistol that has a rifle body over it.

Hello, I have a question. For some reason the bolt handles r scraping the side of my thunder hawk theres this orange plastic that scrapes on the red and sandpaper will get rid of that but it just keeps happening. Also for some reason something inside the gun is making the metal bar that connects the handles FILTHY. Now because of that the space where the bar goes is covered in black stuff. Those r my problems, does anybody have a problem why that is happening and if there is a way to solve it.

they cant get sued though because they have the disclamer saying dont modify the blaster to cover their own ass
