Fun fact: the Eiffel Tower’s lights are copyrighted which is why it is technically illegal to take pictures during the night I believe and then without permission is a big risk posting on a large RU-vid channel which was why it was blurred in the video.
It's rather sad that you can copyright some lights on a building. Imagine if everyone did that, you couldn't even take pictures outside anymore. I guess they changed the laws now hopefully
@@kronks6262 you can take pictures however you can’t use the images to make money like on a t-shirt or something.so if they put it in the video it would be copyrighted and they wouldn’t be able to make and money from the vid

Then if we calculate the kinetic energy of the ball( 1/2 m. v^2), we get around 108 joules of energy. It can hardly cause you some internal damage. You may be left bruised but nothing would happen. If it unfortunately falls on your head, still you'll survive as your skull breaks at only 705 Joules (approx) and the cerebrospinal fluid present between your skull and the brain would brace the impact. Holy fcuk, RU-vid comments are just so atrocious. Every single comment is just the “Nobody: Everyone:” meme or it’s new sidemen fans that quote what one of the sidemen said in the video and put some generic or cringe comment after it. None of these comments are actually about the video, now you know why the sidemen don’t reply/like comments.

Terminal velocity : When an object is dropped in a fluid such as air the buoyant force at a certain speed cancels the weight and hence the objects stops accelerating and attains a constant velocity . Also the tennis ball is hollow , it can’t generate enough momentum to be life threatening

@@dxnpaniicz5663 Terminal Velocity is measured by the square root of 2x WEIGHT/ (drag coefficient× air density× area of the object) low weight means low velocity which means that it doesnt matter how high you drop a penny from, itll stay at the same speed on it's way down for most of its journey- and that speed is relatively slow and nowhere near fast enough to go through bone. It's like you saying that you can throw a penny at someone and have it go through them
The coin would reach maximum velocity after falling a certain distance because the friction its experiencng at dropping at a certain speed will match the acceleration cause by gravity. So basically dropping it from the 10th floor and dropping it from the 20th floor wouldnt make a difference, and as Vikk said, they dont have enough mass to actually hurt that much
4:39 this is because of a law in outside called terminal velocity. Every object has a maximum speed called terminal velocity. Mass is relative to terminal velocity. Higher mass= higher terminal velocity. Tennis ball is very light so it wouldn’t hurt as much
The science is: the penny from Empire State will hit terminal velocity so after a certain amount of floors it just caps out. A tennis ball off of the top would most likely hit terminal velocity so though it would hurt, I doubt it would kill anyone.
@@daiyaandesai6371 Due to French image rights laws, the person who created an idea that they have copyrighted must be dead for around 75 years before it becomes public domain and the man who implemented the lights on the Eiffel Tower has not so I think you have to pay royalties before taking a photo. I’m not 100% correct me if I’m wrong.

Fun fact: the reason the eiffel tower is blurred is because while the regular one is not copyrighted, the one at night is because the lights were done by a separate artist.
Its rlly not a penny has so little mass that its maximum velocity would be incredibly low. This basically means its top speed and as it isn't a lot it wouldn't actually be going fast. You should go back to year 7 science and study how maximum velocity works. If the penny hit you it would just give you a slight sting and it would be gone straight after. It would be the same as dropping it from the top of your house as it would reach its max speed from that alone.
