I think, while its not exactly the most flattering, it would be nice to see shots of the amenities in use--particularly the lift and any smart home features. Id also add infrastructure like heating fixtures/hot water tanks; I realize its not exactly sexy to cover that, but given these homes usually have superior amenities, it would be worth noting/sharing.

If possible, can you include the garages in the tours? Also, thank you, that was a great job hosting and filming/editing.

I think the price for those medium high end properties is definitely down a bit since last year now, this house in 2021 must be above $10m
