Every detail of this place is perfect. That combination of birch and quartz is OR-GAS-MIC. I don't even know what pickleball is, so chances are I'd put an enclosed swimming pool in that space. Ditto the putting green: not my thing. But an herb garden there might add just the touch. My compliments to the designer's impeccable taste!
