Underrated channel, if I was touring abandoned mansions I would NOT trust myself. Many these abandoned celebrity mansions often still contain valuable items such as statues ect. Yes I'd be bringing my ute lol, or as you Americans say my pick up to start loading and selling 😁
I've seen this mansion on another channel. Some Asians lived there and if he would have looked more closely, some of those magazine and things were in Chinese.
Sadly, it gets like that looks like it’s in a cold climate. There’s probably no heat on people can access it in vandalize it that’s how it gets like that I thought he only lived in warm climates, California, Florida places like that looks like your father up north? It’s deductible on their taxes, that’s why they don’t care.
Yes, I love what the Homeless have done to our inner cities in America! You can bet every room would be filled with broken bicycles, ice chest lids, and busted up sections of Mr Turtle swimming pool pieces. Not to mention they would dismantle pieces of the home before burning it down all together! At least their Pit Bull would have its own bed.
@@KevinPatz-pn2gsI agree! I'm been in a couple homeless shelters in my lifetime and one thing for sure is you have to earn your keep, do chores, be civil and sober and have goals for moving out on your own. Hand outs don't help out.
@@posorgirl54 Well congratulations on your success. You have the right attitude. Another thought of mine is just the property taxes alone on this place would be a whole years salary for a minimum wage employee, but put homeless people in a Multi-Million dollar home, would be the last thing anyone should do unless they have good insurance!
It seems kind of funny that he said supposedly. I don't see him just abandoning a mansion. It is a little too dated for a home he would live in! Regardless, it is shameful the waste of money!
@@sirbader1 Doesn't matter, there was a barrier which was crossed with signs clearly meant to inform people to stay out. Even if its a piece of string, a barrier is a barrier. Its not breaking and entering, but its probably a felony trespass.
The house is in New York state. Definitely not a Tiger woods house. This house is too old anyway for Tiger. This house was built in the 1980s. Way before Tiger woods went pro.
Tiger woods never lived here. This house is in New York state. And this house was built in the 1980s just by it's design. Long before Tiger woods was a household name
The calendar is Asian numerals. That makes sense. It's not a Tiger woods house. This house is too old. This was built in the 1980s obviously. Long before Tiger woods was famous. He wouldn't buy a used house
More like a walk away That’s what caused most of 2008 people walking away from houses that lost value and then 18 months later buy a larger house for half the money
LOL I have literally seen this same property on another explorer channel. The 'records' on the floor are karaoke laserdiscs- this, along with the calendars show it was occupied by some wealthy Asians who hauled quickly back to the home country when the 2008 financial crisis hit.
I have heard 3 different owners from different people. Some say it was an adult movie stars mansion. I'm just going with what seemed more plausible, as a neighbor told me this rather than other explorers. There's always more to the story here and I don't always explain myself. Hope this helps anyone doubtful
It’s all bologna. Simply look it up. Get the past owners names. It’s not hard. Think about it, why would Tiger Woods want to live here. Not his type. An adult film star doesn’t have that kind of money either unless it’s a huge name. They can’t maintain that. But again why would they want this place? That’s why it’s abandon…
Why would anyone want that flashlight you have? Throughout the video you've had to click it 10 times to get it to stay on everytime. Not sure if it's a fault of the flashlight or you're just a spazz.
That’ll make sense ,I’m guessing what op said also due to the divorce and other allegations he had previously I can see why maybe but crazy how abandoned it can be
It's about location. I had a house larger than this one at one point. 9000 sq ft. A pool, all the fun stuff, but had to work so much just to keep it and not enjoy it so I sold it. I lived in it till the day it sold. To be clear though at the time I bought it it was only $300,000. Sold at $695,000.
There was a lot of stuff to look at that would give you some ideas of who may have lived there. I seen nothing that said a professional golfer like a Tiger Woods lived there. He might have owned it but never lived there IMO.
The calendar is Asian numerals. Definitely not Tiger woods house. This house is way too old to be tigers. It was built in the 1980s obviously. Long before Tiger woods went pro. And no pro golfer buys a used house.
If you want to light up some serious shit, use a 18v torch light. From Makita, Milwaukee, dewalt, etc. Usually 700+ yards range, or you can change how it directs the light focus to just fully illuminate a room. Part of my job is dealing with abandoned or vacant properties with the power off, so for taking pictures and diagnosing issues, its a must.
Tiger woods never lived there. He may have stayed there overnight to sleep with the adult film star who had the house built. That's what I heard. It was built for a porn star.
There was someone else about a year ago who did this particular house and it was a laugh a minute because he kept going back to an emphasis on "The POOL". The house is in much rougher shape than it was
Unless there is a Golf Course next to ot this ISN'T Tiger Woods home on North Carolina Mountains. His home there was beautiful. His Ex Wife has much better taste than how that home was built.
But isn't it not . Seriously trespassing I would assume? And I would Think that some bank or a realastate would own that property...yes or no ? I see your positive of exploring but. Highly risky..tho..
I used to watch Explore with us, aka EWU crew. They turned all campfire scary story telling crap about serial killers. Lame stuff. This channel is awesome.
People should be held accountable for crimes like these, abandoning property just because you can is a crime to humanity. This is really sad, others are in need but the rich continue to do as they please.
Some of these big houses would have panic rooms in them. So far none have been found, they may still contain stuff (money, firearms, food communications equipment etc)
I am property valuer these houses cost an extraordinary amount to build then the running expenses rates, taxes, maintenance cost a fortune. The market for these exclusive properties comes and goes. In this very poor state of repair and when the market is down they can be purchased very cheaply. You need the where with all (huge income) to own this property.
@@gregorylyon1004 In Australia when we have recession or economic downturn turn these huge prestigious properties can sell very cheaply, and when the economy is strong the opposite tends to happen they go for huge prices. This property appears to need major restorations ie specialist tradesmen, who are very expensive. Property might suit a successful builder.
I struggle to understand how and why people with so much money decide to build properties so large that they could 'quite literally' get lost in them. Property taxes and running costs of such an immense property must run into thousands every year. Money better spent on developing smaller properties, building a portfolio, and reaping the benefits in the letting market sounds like a better investment, in my opinion. Yet people with wealth continue to build these short-lived mansions.
More like hundreds of thousands. Where I live it costs thousands and that is far from what this property is. You would also probably need staff. So depressing to see it as a ruin. Having money should not mean that you waste money or don't appreciate what you have. I have no respect for the people who left it in this state.
I did not see many pairs of different women's underwear (granny or thong) laying around. Did Woods take them with him as souvenirs for his collection? You are right, I'm not, and never was a fan.
I have seen BigBanks visit this house already and he mentioned nothing about it ever being owned by Tiger. Although he does mention that a Chinese family was likely the last to occupy it. And there is evidence of that with some Chinese periodicals strewn around in certain parts of the house.
From 3:29 i can tell that this Mansion from one of crazy rich from Indonesia Maybe hes the owner of P.T indokita makmur maybe? P.T in English is LLC ( Limited Liability Company )
Little bastard kids wrecking property, will soon be their property someone will destroy. See and how much damage did you do to property that you didn’t own?
All these channels are the same. Tiger Woods? No chance. 12 million? Not even close. You find random abandoned houses and then make up stories to get views
I see it through the wood naturally in the main sitting area space, which is not sitting area we discuss in digni proper monarchy concept spaces when in other buildings. What you guys see in chandelier. .. yehup
