Everytime I watch a video like this I see how carefully He made us, and it makes me feel the same way you do; grateful. I've noticed that God isn't wasteful. We have everything we need, nothing more and nothing less. If we lacked even fingernails we would suffer from it. God provides, and He is extremely efficient.
