Why our Society is not change and Working Effectively? Simpliest Answer is that "SON OR DAUGHTER MAY BE GOOD BUT PARENTS ARE CORRUPTED, PARENTS MAY BE GOOD BUT SONS/DAUGHTERS ARE CORRUPTED. So at this point one tries to hide or safeguard one's own family,relatives who does WRONG. From that root or family itself is a leader, politician, bureaucrats and so all. So Who will stand for the Rights of the people? There is no Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela like minded people in our State.
