This album just HITS from all sides. Been replaying Rising since the release with no regrets.

It's so good!!!! "Rising" is incredible & "Shatter" is unlike anything I've ever heard before!

Shatter and OOTD were definitely a challenge for me on first listen but they've both grown on me considerably. I think Shatter may be my favorite song on the album at this point and might be one of my favorite b-sides. I agree with everything you said about them proving they can do everything. Every album is a journey and they're always adding new genres and styles to their discography.

That's understandable. No matter how much you love an artist, you can't help not loving everything by them. But it's cool those tracks grew on you! I think with quite a lot of Dreamcatcher songs, you just can't process the production right away. It's shocking sometimes. But once you listen a few times and know what's coming, then you can really tell if it's for you or not.

@@DreamiesLonelyDreamer yea it was definitely a "me issue". My own pre-conceptions were getting in the way of just enjoying it for what it was. Once I was able to strip that away I was able to enjoy them much more.
