Now for something a little different, on a rainy Sunday night!
As some of you surely know, our very own Niilo has not only written the concept stories to ‘Winter’s Gate’ and ‘Anno 1696’, but is also writing novels - on February 28th, his debut will be released in Finnish (Translations are in the works and info will follow soon!).

I would love to read this (while listening full Insomnium discography). Hope it will be translate as soon as possible in english and, why not in french one day \o/ Thanks a lot for what you've brought to us, your songs walk with me at any times of my life.

Well since I am learning Finnish, it would be thrilling to practice with that book. Those of us with other finno-ugric mother tongues have it a little bit easier 😅

That's right, you need a map for a fantasy book, good to hear that! An English translation will be a must buy for me

I guess it's time to learn finnish in case it won't be translated! ;) Hope to get hold of the english version soon! German would also be very appreciated =D Sounds like the very perfect setting, it matches 100+ % my taste. Can't wait!

Being a fan of Insomnium for at least a half of my life now and truly enjoying the storytelling in the albums and between, I am really looking forward to this novel. Hope it will be released in English one day, but I also have a slight hope to read it in my native language, of course. Anyway, great news, Niilo! Keep up!
