We have been suffering with a bout of missing Queens, so far the news is good with all hives post inspection are now all Queen right with eggs and brood in all stages. So to say we are relieved is a under statement, but i am content we can progress what remains of the Summer and the peculiar weather patterns. Supersedure has happened more than once to all apiaries and this is out of our control and the bees will have a mind to do their own thing regardless what we do to ensure they have exactly what they need and sometimes you have to go with it.
