See in the video parts of the inspection procedure for a crawler excavator performed by MEVAS inspectors. The machine is subjected to a functional test, during which the technician checks for abnormal noises, play in the pins and the performance of the hydraulics. The slewing gear and brakes are checked and a visual inspection of the external components is carried out. All fluids and the engine are thoroughly inspected. The undercarriage is inspected in detail to determine the remaining life. Of course, the boom and stick are checked for weak points. The inspection takes about two hours, concluding with a detailed report, photos and a video to help customers decide on the machine's purchase.
