Inspection trip to Gwadar by CPIC Business Development Manager Hameed H Rehmatullah 

As an investor in CPIC from the UK, I am glad to get an update. However, despite the huge sums of regular money flowing in, there's a few disappointing observations which I must share. First, the electric pylon (2:17) is an eyesore, and it should be covered up (initially a hard structure, and secondarily, employ landscape gardeners so that it is visually improved with greenery). You are marketing this development as being a cut-above the rest, so you should strive to be exemplary and not be minimalist. Second, on the point of minimalism, where you might save is that extra black loop in the cable; it is a waste (people's money is a trust as well as the resources Allah has given us...either the right people are not being employed, or if they are, they need to be questioned why they are being wasteful). It is completely unnecessary. Thirdly, and most worryingly the roads have been built higher than the land for the houses, meaning the houses will all need to be raised, which equates to a lot of filling. For water drainage, rain water etc, the house elevation should be higher right from start, to save on materials, energy, time and money. Good marketing and offices in Western countries are no substitute for professionalism in execution of these projects. I expect better and all investors and future residents deserve it too. You have the money, please do not skimp on quality, high standards and execution, which will be extraordinarily disappointing. I do of course wish you success, so I'm keen to hear your comments. If you need a development consultant, it's not too late to ask, or even get your plans and ideas tested through some investors who will be critical-voices. It is better and cheaper to be criticised now than have disgruntled investors/residents.

In Gawadar There are dozens of housing schemes and all of them are halted if not closed for good. This company keeps advertising empty roads and charging overseas Pakistanis more 400% of market price. Don’t be fool wait until you see the real development news main Pakistani media, then go with the big local companies. This scheme is 40 miles away from Gawadar lol 😂 😂
