This project has done a decent job because there is shelves to put the parcels. The proper way forward for Inspirasi Mont Kiara is to have a proper secured lockers, basically, a service by 3rd party, such as PopBox, instead of having those open shelves. Many projects, even newly VP-ed once, don't even have that space to place the lockers.
There's a lot of discussion that parcels that are unsecured, it is the security guards responsibility, which I totally disagree. Personal items (parcels) placed in common areas should not be the security guards or the management body's responsibility. Owners may take their own risk to ask the delivery/courier agent to leave it unattended at common areas but if it goes missing, owners have to bear the responsibility. The analogy for this is like putting one's shoes along rather corridor/walkway, and blaming the guards when it is stolen. Doesn't make sense at all.
Yeap, totally get you. It's 30 FPS, would definitely be better experience with a 60 FPS setting. Device limitation at the moment - can't do 4K, 60FPS and wide angle. Certainly one of the things that I hope to rectify by sometime first half of next year.
