I had a big “river days” year a couple years back and wrecked my shoulder, so my goal since has been just to focus on overall health so that my days on the water can be top quality. My main goal this year is just to make sure I’m hitting the gym 5 days a week so I can build some muscle to help develop my downriver freestyle game 💪🏼
