One night while wanting sloppy joes for supper I searched RU-vid for a recipe and came across Matty Matheson's Sloppy Joe recipe. He's quite the character. lol and fortunately the recipe is very good. I would suggest it to anyone. Your Loco Moco looks amazing. I plan to try to downsize it as I'm really wanting to try it. Since I found your channel I have progressively been watching every single one. It brings so much happiness to my nights, and applaud you for keeping so clean, as so many don't. I think you should look up and try a typical Peruvian dish called Lomo Saltado. I bet the people would love it, and so easy to make. You can't go qo wrong with marinated beef with onions and peppers and rice and chips.

I would personally prefer shorter Videos with Timelapse and jump cuts. Would be more inclined to watch, don’t really want to watch food for 50 minutes. I think 10 to 15 minutes would be better.

oh my god that looks like a dream on a plate! I can imagine not eating for a day to build up an appetite, and then hoover up this beauty. I would order two eggs and some more garnish. then the next day I wouldn't eat, then the day after that I'd order the lasagne looking thing.
