Thank you for going on a journey with me with your music, to inspire me to dance. I just love so much when musicians go for a spontaneous free improvisation and I can dance to it! Thank you for spilling your soul and shining inner world through your instruments.
I'd love to add a little thought, a reflection from and on my own subjective experience. I want to talk about suffering, justice and dance.

The rollercoaster of our human experience. Somehow we ourselves, the creators of life, seem to create an experience for ourselves that is full of struggles and suffering. Maybe because the suffering makes the game more interesting? Maybe because through the pain and suffering only we evolve?
Even though this direct connection between the suffering and the evolution of spirit has always been a point of deep confusion. Why do we need to praise those who withstand suffering and come out stronger? By that, it seems to me, we simultaneously praise the infliction of suffering itself. So why not just stop inflicting suffering on each other?
And then there is nature. Where suffering and violence is a part of it. The natural nature, where the eagle beats the hell out of the rabbit, destroys the innocent creature because it needs to eat. Because it’s who it is. Its an eagle. And it us who then wonder, why this rabbit? Why this time? He just seemed to happily jump around the field. Or maybe the WHY (why me, why us, why him) is just the wrong question...
Suffering is. World is unjust.
Was is justice either way? Every decade we changed the meaning of it. I think there is none. Or it’s temporary, fictional, just for now. And so it goes. The circle of life. The cyclical history.
So…at times for me the weight of the darkness and difficulties of life situations seems to be so strong, that one might want to exit the matrix game.
So far the one place I find transcendence in, where I can recycle my own suffering, my experience is dance and music.
“Either you do it like it’s a big weight on you, or you do it as part of the dance.
When you understand the thought is the thought of the thoughtless, your singing and dancing is no other than the voice of the dharma.
… Shiva’s dance of life. … Do you surf through it all, or do you carry it around like its a load?” - Ram Dass
