It’s definitely way better than the GoPro 12 in low light

thanks 😎 yeah there were a couple of moments of jitters from the stabilization but overall considering everything it held up pretty well

This doesnt concern stabilization .It would be same with mirrorless full frame camera .

will definitely look into it if I have time around the others I have planned

thanks 😎 yeah they both have there pro’s and cons… the ace pro can create some really cool things using the insta360 app and it’s obviously better in low light but the action 4 definitely feels more sturdier and gives out more of a natural looking image

Ace Pro is packed with features not to mention its app. If this is your first-time action cam or you are doing both vlogging (perfect framing) & action, this cam is the best of both worlds. If you do hard-core actions or those sports that have a potentially high risk of damaging your lens & flip screen, A4 will be a better fit. Either cam won't go wrong. We can forget about GoPro for now.

thanks, bro@@james.loxton I was also making a test of myself from different fps, with auto. Pure video, the video even from time-lapse, I just placed it in auto mode and the result was really really good.< thank you, brother, for the response.

the light jitters are really annoying and unfortunately there’s no way to 100% eliminate them completely because of the electronic stabilization but I have found attaching the ace pro to a selfie stick and walking holding it like that does really help with the jitters (which is how I shot this)

I’d like to know this as well! Was any noise reduction used in post?

tbh I haven’t made any adjustments to the clips at all, everything in the video is straight out the camera. the new low light mode, pure video, does a great job at reducing the noise and grain and helping the overall image quality better in low light. maybe the other videos you’ve watched weren’t shot in pure video mode?

And 1 question, what gimbal do you use,? Thank you

I never said I was refusing to compare them both all I said was let’s leave the pocket 3 to one side for a minute and focus on the ace pro. I have in fact already shot a comparison video of the 2 last night so set ur alarm and watch this space

I set up mine : pure video, 4k25, auto, dewarp,night mode ON, but my video so grainy Firmware : xxxxxx.51 What is wrong with my camera😢

no problem 😎 yeah they both have there pros and cons, if it’s travel videos ur wanting to make then both will do the job but with different restrictions, like u say - the pocket 3 isn’t water proof but it is better than the ace pro in low light… the ace pro is not as fragile as the pocket 3 but still can’t be thrown around the place because of the non removable lens cover and flip screen. if it’s overall picture quality ur looking for I would choose the pocket 3, the sound is also better than the ace pro in my opinion but u can create some really unique cool things with the ace pro using the new ai software that u can’t do with the pocket 3. they are both great cameras in there own rights so there’s no right or wrong, just weigh up the pros and cons of them both and then you’ll have ur answer

En lo personal no me gustan las cámaras con la batería que no sea extraible, la batería interna tiene una vida útil y cuando llega a su final un técnico tiene que desarmar el pocket// lo peor de Dji es que descontinua la fabricación de baterías 🔋 de los modelos más viejos, esto lo hicieron con las baterías de los drones Phanton 4 pro

Thank you for the comment! I was on the fence for the entire week deciding between the Ace Pro and Pocket 3 watching reviews and comparisons. The Pocket 3's low light footage is unmatched but for casual travel vlogging, simplest solution really tend to be the best! This comment gave far better insight than any of the comparison videos I watched. Cheers!
