It was a good sales video but I wouldn't call it a beginner "tutorial". You flew through the video so fast with fingers pushing buttons so fast I couldn't follow. I learned nothing.
As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, there was no specific information about an "Insta360 Go 3" model. It's possible that this model was released after my last update, or it could be a mistaken reference. If you are referring to a newer Insta360 camera that has a feature missing or not working as expected, here are some general steps you can take: 1. **Check for Firmware Updates:** - Ensure that your Insta360 Go 3 has the latest firmware installed. Manufacturers often release updates to add features, improve performance, and address bugs. 2. **Review User Manual:** - Refer to the user manual or documentation that came with your Insta360 Go 3. It should provide information on available shooting modes and how to access them. 3. **Contact Insta360 Support:** - If you've confirmed that the camera should have a "Narrow" mode but it's not appearing, consider reaching out to Insta360's customer support. They can provide specific guidance and troubleshooting steps based on your camera model. 4. **App Settings:** - Check the settings within the Insta360 app that you use to control the camera. Some modes and features might be controlled through the app, and there could be an option to enable or disable certain modes. 5. **Reset to Default Settings:** - Some cameras have an option to reset settings to default. If you've accidentally changed a setting that affects the available shooting modes, resetting to default could resolve the issue. Remember, the information provided here is based on the status of knowledge up to January 2022, and there might have been updates or changes since then. For the most accurate and up-to-date assistance, I recommend checking the official Insta360 website or contacting their customer support directly.
i just purchased this and i love it but when i first started using it for some reason it was in fish eye lens mode and i didnt know how i got it in that mode and whats funny is you can see the lens corners lol also how do i get rid of the black bar on the bottom of my videos i record? oh and how do i get back to that fish eye lens mode?
It sounds like you're experiencing some interesting features with your new camera. Here's how to manage the fish eye effect, get rid of the black bar, and return to the fish eye mode: ### Fish Eye Lens Mode 1. **Activating Fish Eye Mode**: - **Check the Camera Settings**: Depending on your camera, there might be a specific setting or shooting mode for "Fish Eye" or "Wide Angle." Check your camera's manual or menu settings for a mode named similarly. - **Lens Attachment**: Some cameras achieve a fish eye effect using a lens attachment. If your camera supports interchangeable lenses or has specific lens modes, make sure you have the correct lens or setting activated. 2. **Returning to Fish Eye Mode**: - **Preset Modes**: Look for preset modes or scene selections in your camera settings that could have activated the fish eye effect. - **Digital Effects**: If your camera has digital effects, you might find a fish eye effect in the list of available effects or filters. ### Removing the Black Bar 1. **Aspect Ratio**: - **Check Aspect Ratio Settings**: Ensure your camera is set to the correct aspect ratio for recording videos. Common aspect ratios are 16:9 (widescreen) or 4:3. If it's set to a different ratio, it might create black bars in your videos. 2. **Resolution and Frame Size**: - **Resolution Settings**: Sometimes, changing the resolution or frame size can affect the video output. Ensure your resolution settings match the standard video format (e.g., 1920x1080 for Full HD). 3. **Editing Software**: - **Post-Processing**: If you're editing your videos on a computer, ensure the editing software's project settings match your video's aspect ratio and resolution to avoid black bars. ### Troubleshooting Steps 1. **Reset to Default Settings**: - If you're unsure how the fish eye effect was activated or how to remove the black bar, resetting your camera to its default settings might help. This option is typically found in the settings menu under "Reset" or "Factory Reset." 2. **Consult the Manual**: - If you're still having trouble, refer to the camera's manual or user guide for specific instructions on enabling and disabling certain modes and features. 3. **Firmware Update**: - Ensure your camera's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve bugs or introduce new features. If you can provide the make and model of your camera, I can offer more specific instructions.
Hi, very nice video, easy to understand, but could you please tell me, at 18:46 onwards, how are you blurring the background in your video? thank you :)
your menu is different that what we got..... the image stablizer isn't on the wquick menu....also why cant I connect it to my phone via usbc to transfer faster?
Die Antwort vom Support lautete: "When you are not using GO 3 to shoot video, you could enable "Orientation Lock" to fix the screen in landscape mode".
Dann siehst du genau was passiert.
Very details tutorial videos I have seen so far so thank you for the video. What version is your go3 firmware because I did not see the stabilizer icon when I swiped down for the quick menu
