I wish it was more obvious in the thumbnails or that he says it at the beginning of the videos. If you miss 'Sponsored content' bit in the left corner, you'd be none the wiser. These ad videos are a skip for me personally, but it's easy to see why anyone would still love them.

I think I liked the GO2 case better then this case. I wonder if the GO3 would fit in that case. I just checked and it does not. They went towards action camera territory. This case is a lot less protective and pocketable then with the GO2. I'd rather get a deal on a GO2 in my case.

Had the GO 2, and while the hardware was indeed great, what's not mentioned here is Insta's ATROCIOUS software! For example, the only way I could get footage off the 2 was through a wireless hotspot connection... even though it had a USB-C port. So about 30% of the time, clip downloads would fail. Even navigating everything was a mess as their UI is cluttered with random crap that you simply don't care for. If you can live with this, then go for it.

i dont use wireless hotspot to transfer files but thru the case via usb c, its a passthru and much faster and more reliable. if you look closely at the back of the go2, one those pins is data transfer.

Cool little camera, but I wish the minimum focus distance was closer. It's super tiny so I wanted to put it in tiny places (a Lego set for example), but objects near it are too blurry. Definitely better for wider/further images which is a shame for my use case.

I have a Go2 which I really like..and use a lot. The best thing is it’s size, even in the charging case..it’s so easy just to have in a pocket. The Go3 also looks great, but when in the charging case, it does look substantially bigger..which is a bit of a shame. the screen looks a nice idea though!

I would say audio is more than 50% of a video-watching experience. People will listen to videos while focusing on something else, but no one is out there watching a muted video for fun. Also I would get a lot more enjoyment from a video with crisp, clear audio but 144p video than I would get from one that is recorded in 8k and HDR10+ on a steadycam but has audio that was recorded in a wind tunnel.

I love that they took all the good things on the DJI Action 2 and improved on it. I’ve always thought they dji should have put the lcd screen on the battery module & not try to sell it as an addon.

the action pod. when its connected via bluetooth. does the camera keep recording when it loses the connection? I put these in rockets being able to set the rocket up 6ft above my head and use the "pod" to check it and starts the recording would be nice but of course when it launches.... its not going to be connected anymore :-)

haha we seem to have the same problem :D Im a bit of an impulse buyer, and I love tech.. So often when watching videos, in the moment im also like "Damn that's cool, i want one!" then i order , get the package , play with the product for a day or something, and then I realize I just thought it was cool, but i dont have any use for it :D So my storage has all kinds of cool crap that i never use :D no regrets though

if I'm not mistaken, it's not exactly a bluetooth connection tho... bluetooth enable the connection and the quick switch between devices, BUT video stream/transmission uses wifi channels. 03:30 (if I remember my tech classes right) :-)
