I hope you guys fix that pink lens that’s going on. I had mine for 6 days and the inner lens turned pink. Very disappointed that it ruined my vacations. Smh
Im so confused to choose between go 3 and x3 . I want to vlog while vacation with friends , we will do some activities like eating, walking, drinking, swimming at the pool and beach. Help me to choose please . I’m not a professional videographer or vlogger.

Hi Insta360, I would like to ask some assistance from your end. I have my insta360 x3 which I purchased way back February 2023 but I just recently used it last June after I opened it as my wedding gift. But sad to say my unit is not working properly. I purchased this online from online store and which is one of the biggest store here in UAE (Carrefour). I tried to used it from our Honeymoon in Boracay, Philippines but suddenly it is not working properly. My battery was full and it is properly sealed before I used it but the issues came in. Can you help me how can I request for replacement for my defective unit. I’m currently living here in Dubai, UAE. Appreciate if you can help me to fix my unit. Thanks!
Hi there, rest assured that X3 is IPX8 waterproof to 33FT. Please remember, after using in seawater, to thoroughly rinse it with freshwater and pat dry with a towel.
If you do it without case, the 360 videos will be not good, and you will see the two different cameras clearly split. This is caused by refraction. If you use the case, this effect goes away but you see the lower end of the case. The camera alone is, as already said, waterproof up to 10m by itself, but the 360 video will not be as good without the case. I addition, with the case I personally suggest to use also the stick to get closer to sealife
Hello there, thanks for reaching out to us. May I ask whether this photo applied the PureShot effect? When yes, it's normal because of the firmware upgrade. We optimized the new PureShot algorithm to reduce noise and provide more image details. However, it will modify the camera source file and display black-and-white preview images. Rest assured that you can still enable PureShot in the Insta360 App or Studio to view and export files normally. If you want the preview to be in normal color, you can also choose the "insp+raw" mode under the shooting format. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
I'm so confused about this camera. Footage taken by real regular people here on RU-vid is horrible. Very pixelated very low quality. But then you guys post nice sharp clean stuff like this. What exactly is going on.

@@insta360 I just bought it so I think it has the latest version of firmware. No overheat warning message but it gets really hot especially when I’m transferring data from camera to the mobile app.
к сожалению картинка в этом видео с камеры сильно обработана. На самом деле, качество там хуже. Да и по сути нет разницы межд х2 и х3 кроме большого экрана. Качество вообще не изменилось. Хотя бы 60фпс добавили к 5.7, но нет, все те же 30...
Hey there, let's try using 5.7K 30fps, vivid color for your next shooting! When you export the footage in our Insta360 Studio, change the resolution to 3840 x 2160 (4K), and the bitrate to 80 Mbps. Hope this will help!
