Loved the video - seeing you checking the expiration date on the salads and mashed potato's, being really careful checking every orange in a bag (every single thing is checked) is a pain but shows what it takes, awesome to see that in action (most other streamers IC videos just don't have that level of detail there) - way cool. Thanks again for all the hard work and sharing it.
Absolutely! Shopping and delivering groceries involves a lot of attention to detail (if you wanna stay in business) ✌🏻. Thanks for appreciating my content!
LET’S KEEP GOING! Ok so you are a beast in Costco. It takes me so long to shop those kind of stores so I stick to Publix (or any non warehouse type of stores minus the dollar stores). I’ve worked warehouse jobs for like 7 years so IDK why it’s so intimidating. Maybe brainstorming on some of what helps you to move efficiently in warehouse type of stores would prove valuable to people. I try to pick up on some of your techniques from just watching you shop - pulling the cart vs pushing the cart in stores just makes people move out of your way. What a difference! Haha Thanks a bunch for the content!
Yep! Pulling is definitely faster and more ergonomic for us shoppers than pushing the cart. That's a great starting point to move more efficiently in my opinion. Thanks for your support 👍🏻
You guys had an insane day that would be the dream for us both to get $100 + orders hasn’t happened yet but you definitely give us hope keep grinding 💪🏼💪🏼💰💰
Bangers might be back in your area but it was super slow in my area and i hear people complaining on Facebook from all over the country so take advantage of it while you can lol
Congrats my man. I'm in north Jersey and new to instacart, starting after 7pm since I have a FT job and I only see junk order. What's the best time to do instacart?
Just got off the waitlist for IC a couple of weeks ago, you're seeing the same thing I see - mostly junk (not worth your time / gas) orders and big time waits (could be 15 min or it could be an hour) between things popping up (guessing there's just alot of junk orders and the good and okay orders are mostly filtered out before they get down to our levels). Thinking this is a hobby app if you're not going to try and go Diamond (and that is full time to get that level - 3 a day or so for 3 months and not making alot along the way) and who knows if that is worth it in your area...I've been doing DD / UE for a long time and get the same or more offers for shopping in those per day than Instacart, and most of the time (not always but most of the time) its worth the shop timewise (unlike most of the Instacart orders I see) probably cause they're trying to break into the shopping market....hopefully those apps don't just eat the market out from under Instacart (as DD / UE are mostly small orders at this point...both apps are learning - DD has shopping down pretty well at this point, although they still throw restaurant pickups before small shopping when batched which they have to stop...I won't take those). I don't have the financial slack to go all Insta to get to diamond, but will do it some along the way. Good luck bro.
Yes and no, basically people come as early as 9:30 to wait for Costco to open at 10am, the “drop” is anytime between 9:50-10:15am depends on the store and they drop all the orders that people mad during the night and early morning so usually you will have a few batches to choose from but be fast you’re not the only one waiting lol
For me personally, I have seen an improvement in batch amounts since I've been diamond. It's different for everyone, but I'm not trying to drop back down
I don’t even see a point in doing IC if you don’t have diamond. It is market dependent though. The only one who can tell you if there’s a difference, is you.
Hey buddy I enjoy your videos! I'm new at this gig work and am trying to establish my own RU-vid channel. I'm calling it Deliver to the hungry. Have you seen it? I have a lot to learn and wonder what video editor you use? Thanks
Yeah no kidding, was good to see how he handled it well and relatively quickly (thank goodness for the customer being responsive), the Instacart grocery store shopping experience for late Saturday / all Sunday (with things picked over and out of stock from the big Sat morning / early afternoon rush).
