Hey man, I just wanted to tell you, I think this is the best video I have ever seen for Instachord. I bought it a couple of years back, but only used it for the strums. I have never seen anyone on RU-vid demonstrated the pick "A" section. I never thought about using it for bass parts. W A Productions should partner with you to have this on their website. Great work.

Good video, but yet another instance of somebody saying check out my other video on whatever, the link will be above/below/whatever -- and I see no sign of the promised link. Am I missing something? Where's the link you mentioned to your video about how to set up Instachord?

Thanks for the tutorial. It's really clear so far. But, is there any chance of a tutorial about adding the chords/notes into your piano roll, within your project. I'm a Cubase user, by the way.

Thank you, very informational. is there any way to play chords with PICKS A and B with just a click or MIDI note from the keyboard? I mean without having to select chords with CHORDS A and CHORDS B. Could Instachord link both in a single keystroke or MIDI note? I don't really like having to use both hands to generate a chord, especially in real time. I want to achieve it as Scaler does, just a key and voila ... instant chords.

Hey Carlos! Thanks for your question. So to my knowledge, I believe Instachord operates in that structure, only because a chord must be selected in order for the program to understand what frame work to operate under. There may be a way but it also sounds like you may want to check out Scaler or Scaler 2 if you operate more in that way.

on (chord A) I am hearing a note from my selected vst sound when I press it down. It's annoying. Sometimes the note will clash. I noticed your notes don't play when you hit the Chord A section. Can you help? Do I need to set something? Thanks DAve

Hi Dave! So If you are doing it the same way that I am with within BlueCat, you will notice that on the VST side, you can select the inputs such as "input from Port A" On top of all the ports, there is also a "Host" Input which you need to set to "No Channel" on the VST side. If you want to see it happen, look up my other video on my page with "Cthulhu" in the title and you'll see me do it in that video. Hope this helps! Kamo

Hi There! So the only way that I am aware of would be to use the reason vst3 plugin and use whatever comes available with that

I have played with this for about an hour. I would not recommend this product. The manual is horrible, and a lot of the chord banks are empty, playing one note. I wished I hadn't bought it.

Have you copied the license key in and registered it? A lot of the app is in demo mode until you do.

@@LeeStoneman Very True! As you can see even from my video there are a decent amount of chord progressions that come with it but besides that, the performance styles and such as also huge wins and makes things very unique.
