Another DIY on the KOVE! Been riding this beast lately and realized it's impossible to navigate using my previous setup with the GPS on the bottom. So bought a TYPE B rally tower from Unclewang.net ...not sponsored :( ... and it's a game changer for those who need to have a navigation setup and own a stock standard kove 450 rally! Took me around 2H from start to finish, assembling the tower itself is straight forward and as usual the kove is very easy to work on! So hope you enjoy, next episodes are riding the beast and finally got a helmet microfone!!

Boas, quando li tower, não estava à espera de uma torre Eiffel, mas dp de td montado ficou espectacular, excelente trabalho e explicação esta TOP, tb uso a DMD2 mas para uso em estrada. Continua, abraço.

I just had my motorbike burn to a crisp. And with a limited budget, and even before, I have been looking at the Kove. Can I ask you… does it do 130kph on roads well? As I want to get it for trans Euro riding and offroad. But really I think you have a great realistic view on the bike and make me feel pretty comfortable I am making the right choice

@@fushkiwell I can tell you I had a T7 and a 890r, both sold because of the kove… checked all my needs, cruises to the trails back and forth by highway, 130kmh is maybe on the high side for minimal confort but cruising chill no wind buffer easy at 110/120kmh!! On the trails no words needed check my other videos, im in love with this bike and really dont see any other bike as good for an allround bike!

@@TheRide_Adv I went from 125cc to 1000cc. I hated it - too much power for real life fun. Then was on my KTM 660 Rallye which was nice but a lot like a T7 with 40L of fuel. But I want something light to mange highway rides but also rip off-road. And well the new KTM 450 Rally is toooo limited and super expensive for me. Cannot wait for my Kove. I think it is all I need.

@@fushki never rode a 450rally ktm, but imo this is basicly a budget friendly ktm 450 rally.. Still loving mine and still puts a smile on my face

Très bien. Il me semble reconnaitre l'application DMD2 sur votre GPS. Allez-vous installer un boitier "OBD" sur votre moto pour avoir les infos Température, ou autre sur votre GPS ? Merci pour ce que vous faite.

How did you connect the power to the nav unit? Through the usb port?

yes using a usb cable! but will manage to have a direct usbC power cord

Hello there. I wonder if there is any possibility to mod the tower in order to lower the oem dashboard in order to lower the tablet. As I see it, it seems to be a little bit too high, and consequently it is blocking the view.

Hey! I havent tested it off road yet, its high but doesnt seem to block that much.. Im sure with some pacience and drilling the dash and nav mounts can be lowered. Actualy de gps mount if reversed its lower but will overlap a bit over the dashboard..
