Install A Dymo 4XL LabelWriter Printer on a Windows 11 With No Disc! 

Argghhhh. There’s only one label size available when clicking on “Change Label”

That is not normal.... Is this something that is happening on the Dymo application or is it happening when you print from the web (for example Chrome, Edge browser)?

@@lorenatx89 All of the above. Like literally inside the Dymo Application… just like in your video. And also when printing from the browser. There’s only one option (address label) I’ve been using my Dymo for years. Laptop crashed last night. Purchased a new one this morning. So going through this process again. Last time it was easy. Called Dymo phone support and was on hold for 20 minutes then gave up lol what a day.

What is the exact message that you are seeing on your end?

It printed the first test, but when I tried it again I got an error on bottom right saying Printer Error

All I did was straighten my labels and now it's working 😐

Is this Dymo new or used? You will need to do a couple of things to fix this issue. First off clear the print queue: Double click on the print icon on the system tray bar. When the window appears, click on the pending print jobs and select delete. The name of the printer will be displayed on the top left corner of the printer, does it say offline? This will help determine whether it's the printer itself or if the issue lies somewhere in the connection.

Ah, yes. Dymo printers are notorious for being very sensitive in general. Once you learn to tinker with it, I believe it does the job exceedingly well 🤗 Glad you were able to figure it out!
