Install Autoplugins2 on PlayStation Vita using Vitashell's QR Scanner (UPDATED and ISSUE FIXED)
This is an update on my previous guide, this also shows how to fix the "open url" error, and how I scan the qr code effectively.
Autoplugins2 with QR code:

C2-13696-5 error code happens when proceed is pressed after "open url" message appears. "Open url" message appears when the vita didnt scan the code correctly.
If the QR code is read correctly, the message must be similar on the video 3:11. If its says "open url" press cancel and try again until the qr code is read correctly, then that's the time to press ok
In order to Read the qr code successfully, clean the camera lens, adjust the brightness of the screen where the qr code is shown, and/or adjust the distance of the vita camera to the qr code

If you are getting C2-13696-5 error after scanning QR code, try lowering brightness on your PC (or phone), at first I thought it was something to do with iTLS, but it was just the qr code not being scanned correctly

Thank you! That was much easier than other tutorials and the only problem I had was reading the QR code, but after about 5 tries it worked properly!

i cant seem to scan the qr code correctly, ive done every. ive wiped my camera, brightened my screen, darkened my screen, made it big, made it small, and adjusted distance, it still will NOT work. this isnt a problem with your tutorial, I'm just wondering if there is an alternative way? EDIT: I was able to eventually scan the qr code, but when it took me to the browser I got a NW error (NW-8942-3), but i have enso full package installed so I dont know what to do

Ive tried so many times. I turned off the lights ive adjusted my brightness and positioned my vita and qr code and still keep getting do you want to open this URL i dont get the install. Whats going on? Ive tried taking out my sd card from my sd2vita and exchange files thru my phone because i dont own a laptop but my phone says its corrupted and needs a format im afraid it will delete all my files and downloads from my ps vita i already have installed

When I scanned the QR first it asked if I want to open the link and then showed an error on pressing X. But I had to zoom the QR code full screen then scanned then it asked if I want to download just like the video. Then downloaded without error.

@riuneharu Could not connect to the server. (NW-8942-3). My wifi is connected fine. Restarted my vita and modem still same error. Maybe will try from Hotspot. I ended up using ftp.

same error with others who commented previously and eventually figure it out. If the "open url" message appears, press cancel and scan the qr code, repeat until the download message appears same in 3:08, try to lower brightness and adjust the distance of the camera to the qr code. hope it helps

NW-8942-3 error code appears when the full package itls-enso is not installed. Download itls-enso tru vita deploy, then open itls-enso and install the full package C2-13696-5 error code happens when proceed is pressed after "open url" message appears. here is the guide, but you still need a pc or phone to extract the files, since its in zip format. try to use FTP using an android device. Its on this guide also www.cfwaifu.com/cwcheat-adrenaline/
