This is a great mount thanks for making this using it for my ender 3 switchwire build 🤘although i'm a bit confused on a piece that just pops in the video @ 5:45 that back piece is different from the files you have added?
@@maverickng Hi - thanks for the quick reply - yes I used the link in your description - are there missing files in the github for non-ECRF version, or do we use same files?
a bit off-topic, but you're aware of the Stealthburner PCB by Hartk? Got the 2-piece version in my 2.4 350, makes disassembly of Stealthburner a lot easier and the wiring in the Stealthburner a lot nicer
Not really, since a common 5V, 24V and ground is being used instead of a single one for each component using 5V or 24V, and you don't have to wire up everything
The more wires are pretty much just optional additional sensors such as filament sensor or chamber temp, which from my understanding you don't necessarily have to wire up
Nice job! Btw, where did you find the extra cords to extend the lgx lite cable, or did you use just the original cords? I'm trying to mount it on my ender 5 plus, but the cable is too short.
@@zexaltor2135 thanks, yeah I ended up using clockwork 2 for now, was having some issues with my LGX lite, I also purchased an orbiter 2.0 to test out but in the same conundrum now as there isn’t an option for 2 piece pcb and the orbiter 🙃.
@@maverickng where front and back lock together two bolts can go through. I think it's optional? Maybe to add strength or hold it together when removing motor? Pity I can't add photos to RU-vid.
In the end, I ended up getting the LGX Lite and it's been fantastic. Highly recommend it. Although, I don't print flexibles but I'm sure it would do a great job with the larger gears.
