Likely pre-applied under the plate, that is quite common with AIO.

@@rudymeow some do. Not all. The problem is even if they do include pre-applied thermal paste, they didn't show or state it in the video. That kind of detail should never be skipped.

Thermal paste will be pre-applied to the underside of the cold plate.
