Excellent, but is the prereqcheck built in? We used to run that before the instance install

I did try running the db2start command as a db instance user, but i see ⚠️ warnings like 78 days left in the evaluation period for the product and also says "SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued." Why m i not able to start the instance? Pls help.
