This renaming method will work on Xiaomi mobile phones but a reminder that once converted to Indonesia region rom on lock bootloader then there is less chance to go back to Global, so we need to convert to EEA 1st then we can try to convert to Global, so this way we can go back to global.
Still i advice to unlock bootloader and flash fastboot rom with mi flash tool.
This video requested a lot from many user's using redmi note 11 and this video is for those who have lock bootloader and want to get Indonesia region official HyperOS rom to get Mi Dialer with call recording.
I cant grantee that the method will work for every one and on every variant of redmi note 11, but i have done it on many xiaomi mobile phones with data loss and on lock bootloader which was totally succeeded.
