Unfortunately your Google Colab InstantID is not working. We tried to run it from 3 different computers. And none of them worked. The link to launch does not appear. It's very disappointing, because there are a lot of guys with weak computers and we were all so happy when we saw your video and the link to InstantID Google Colab. I discovered that you can upload more than one picture. Just drag a few at once. I'm not convinced that it increases the accuracy, but it seems to. NOTE: this GREATLY increases the processing time!

"Cuda out of Memory". Of the allocated memory 12.80 GiB is allocated by PyTorch, and 1.69 GiB is reserved by PyTorch but unallocated. Is it really supposed to take that much VRAM? I'm using 3060 Ti, I've had no issue with memory and speed on Stable Diffusion. Anyone got tips?

That's because it's looking for the text file in the wrong place . In file explorer, go straight into the INSTID folder and then type the pip install command. The requirements.txt file is there, not inside env/scripts

I copied the requirements from the gradio demo folder into the main folder, then ran it again and it worked. I also had to download the microsoft build tools (it will give you a link if you need it when you try to run it)

At first I was super impressed, but after playing with it for hours, it seems like it's not a truly generative process for the face. I mean it copies it pretty much exact, and looks like someone just used a clone stamp tool to paint my face onto a character and applied a filter on top. Hopefully it'll get better!

Your command to create the env failed. After entering 'python -m venv env' an "env" folder will appear in the directory you ran the command at. You can then manually go into the folder and look for the file simply called "activate". If it's not there, the env is not getting created for some reason, and we need to start troubleshooting that.

Re-watch the video, you didn't check the PATH option for Python when you ran the installer. Make sure you use version 3.10.6

Check your version of the python, should be 3.10, but not 12 (not shure for 11). Had the same problem, installed the version provided, but when I wanted to star python from CMD, windows store opened and installed version 3.12. Uninstalled version 3.12 and installed version 3.10 from windows store, and it worked.

Fixed the error for me, had to install Microsoft C++ Build tools, selecting all C++ options and Windows 10 SDK. Reset computer and then it worked

i would say its not safe when you need internet connection, close webui disconnect from internet now start webui you will see it wont run until you have internet but once the webui connected it will run but that does not make since you have to have internet

Because that's what it's for. If you want realistic images just use stable diffusion with Roop or ReActor.

same look at the cmd output I noticed ot gave more indo but I was closing it when I saw it and I'm not at that PC now lol

Same Error. Installed fine, add an image, input a prompt, hit submit and get an error in the output box. CMD output reads RuntimeError: "LayerNormKernelImpl" not implemented for 'Half', but I'm not smart enough to know what that means
