Push a button on the keypad to wake it up and then it should say, "Please add a Bluetooth administrator" and then you should be able to add it to the Smart Life app. I show this all in the video. If that doesn't work, push and hold in the black button to the right of the deadbolt handle for 10sec. And the start over. Let me know if that helps and what step is not working.
