Sorry I have a question, when you set the storage size for the vCenter. Does it automatically take that much space (400 gb)? Or is it dynamic, meaning it will only take that much if you store that many things worth of 400 gb?
It's dynamic. You can check the storage usage after installing vCenter by right-clicking on vCenter, selecting Settings, and then clicking on the hard disk you want to check. On the right side, you will see the current and maximum disk size.
