Pinch Dogs are good, but another way is to pre-assemble one entire run using the Kreg jig.

Here in the UK a lot of our wainscoting is done with MDF. Will the pinch dogs work just as well with MDF?

Around here (Texas) we pronounce it "Wayne's coat" but im not here to "correct" you. Youre probably correct, as its spelled like "Wayne Scott" 😊

The only issue with adding baseboard to Wainscotting is where it meets the door casing and unless you have added a back band to the casing, it doesn't really work.
