i'm having a problem with my surf beam 2 modem, i've tried contacting viasat, exceed and wildblue and got no help, i am unable to access sites like yahoo mail, google mail, facebook, windows update, and other useful services, not all services are blocked all viasat services work as well as youtube(obviously) and yahoo search, is there a problem with my modem or is this a problem with the service, my signal is high, temps are low and SNR is very good
