Hi, just a quick query. When I run the "kadmin -p", I am getting the following error : kadmin: Cannot contact any KDC for realm, while initializing kadmin interface I have ensured I can telnet to port 88 & I do not have ip address issue nor the hostname. I have ensured my /etc/krb5.conf & kadm5.acl conf files are duly updated . Where else can I get.
I really don't like this and wouldn't consider this a good walkthrough... It's scatterbrained. You miss covering multiple things in the progression and then end up needing to go back and revisit to fix them. It makes for a confusing flow to your audience! Moreover, MIT's own Kerberos docs go in a better flow of configuration events than this.
