Thank you. The instructions provided were poorly translated with pictures that didn't match the process and the sample button was different than the actual buttons needed lol.
I have a machine almost exactly like the one you demonstrate, but for some reason, although the device seems excellent, well made and robust, it crimps the image paper perfectly, but the plastic disk is crimped only part way round, making the button unusable. It appears that the disk is off center and too small on one minor arc of the circle. Do you have any idea why this happens every time? I'm tired of wasting materials on perfectly crimped buttons with no plastic cover.
I'll have to mark where I adjusted it to get it straight Edit: I turned everything sideways and made sure the coil is on the right side. Also, I use the 32mm buttons
I just noticed when do part A then swivel part B, the bar thingy MOVES part C where part A is stuck in...I've also marked and arrow under the metal plate to see where it moved. So adjust B and mark it
I have a button badge machine. Unfortunately I don’t know what is the size of finished badge . How do I measure the size of the picture that I should use that will fit my machine?
hi i have this badge maker, it’s made badges perfectly with my small & medium size badges but i haven’t been able to make a big badge yet (5.8mm) when cramping with Die A (the badge, paper & plastic) it never catches up into the upper machine to then attach to the badge back. I am so confused why because I do nothing different than with the smaller sizes 😩 is there anything to suggest?
I have the exact pin maker, all of it works great except for the 2nd press, non of it comes together. Leaving me with a crumpled up flim and paper.. any suggestions on how to get it working..?
thank you for being so quick and simple but what size should my buttons be? my button maker is the same size but should I leave some room? like would making them 3 inches be too much or should I do the exact size?
@@auplexheatpresscan we buy different sized moulds separately for this specific type of button maker? I've only seen replacement moulds for the sliding type and not this one.
