Thank you. It was very clean job i hope you put more video adding other coaxial module and fiber adapter and modem and stuff that is perfect for size of the cabinet

Very nice system. Our network is Cat5 and I want to clean up the termination. Right now it's about 30 holes dug into the sheet rock with a spaghetti mess of cat5 cables running everywhere. Can I use this with our existing Cat5 setup?

Yes. Theres better termination boxes then the one he used by the way

Many other videos state that punch down B is the US standard> What's right?

Its primarily 568B but they're out there. 30 years in communications and I've rarely come across it

T568A is the standard for voice and T568B is the standard for data.

Of all the years i have done this, mostly with govt, it’s always been 568B. I think there’s a good vid of all places on Home Depot website that gives some insight on the history of these two. i just watched it few weeks back, was interesting. and agree, 568A i would use if focused on voice. I don’t do full time as a living, but not sure if i would do anything but 568B. guess old dog new tricks syndrome. 🤓
