In most vehicles when you go from stock to aftmarket you do. I'd strongly suggest you contact tech support from a trusted site. I've used crutchfield.com for many years and have nothing but positive things to say about them
@@cre8tivegarage157 it's an awesome upgrade on those older cars. This is the same unit I installed in my 240 but I pulled it out before I sold it since the new owner wanted the cheapest deal possible.
Do you have any issues with your mic placement? I have people tell me they get a feedback of thier voice when on bluetooth calls. I currently have my mic placed on the little cubby above the radio.
The one I got is a double din but doesn't play cds or dvds it's a media player. the unit itself is a bit smaller than a regular double din that does play cds.
That's odd. The only times I've heard people have this issue it's because they have a factory Amp. Double check your wiring ? Check to see if there's a solid blue wire in the original harness
Same one as you. But for some reason mine done have the other black one and other little ones you have. Everything works fine but it just don’t play any sound
@@JoseRamirez-mt3je do you have one an unlimited jk ? Or different model ? Some people have had issues where the cheap harness doesn't have the amp wire the ( solid blue wire ) so if your jeep is equiped with an amp from the factory make sure it's connected. Or you may need to try a different harness.
