You missed the most important instructions of using these breakers. Firstly the top 1/3 of the chisel needs to be liberally greased with EP2 when you insert it. Then you need to pump grease into the hammer cavity using the zerk with the big arrow pointing to it. This should be regreased every few hours of use, usually 5 to 10 pumps. All the zerks on the breaker pins and digger pins/bushes need to greased and never use the breaker with the boom or the dipper cylinders on full extension. Doing this will greatly extend the life of the breaker and the service life of the digger. Your other demonstration video is poor, you need to give instruction on how to operate the breaker correctly.
What is the diameter of the chisel tool? Can you fit a fence post driver tool in this hammer? if you could, then the jackhammer attachment can drive fence posts without having to deal with the auger bit and its problems. In rocky substrate, like the shale rock you have on your farm, a longer chisel tool could drive a pilot hole in the ground before pounding in the fence posts.
Are you guys hogging all them from the auctions then flipping them for 4x your money? Or buying direct from china on alibaba? I tried the mfg direct route and cant seem to get them for less then i can at local auctions 😢
The breaker's hydraulic ports are marked IN and OUT. With the majority of these Chinese excavators if you connect the hoses left to left and right to right (without crossing them over) then the breaker will operate by pressing the auxiliary circuit foot operated rocker pedal downwards. These breakers are fitted with check valves so they can't be operated backwards.
Hi Nick great job , 👏 , do you need any special leaver to activate the jack hammer or is just plug and thats it , i saw there some kubota that have a leaver , is the case in these machines
I really can''t see what on Earth you are doing and why start halfway through installing the gauge?!!!! Such a shame as otherwise your video would be perfect.
