Anything connected to the LOAD port will keep working as if nothing happened (as long as you have enough solar production / battery charge to take on the demand), this inverter will immediately isolate itself from the grid and perform the transfer to ups mode in ms, it's quite impressive. However, keep in mind that the LOAD port is only meant to power type II electronic devices when working off-grid (ups mode). This is because it switches to a floating neutral configuration, which has no earth reference. In this configuration, RCDs won't trip and some devices won't work. If you want it to power type I electronic devices safely and want your RCDs to work when in ups mode, you need to add an external contactor connected to the inverter's ATS port, to perform a neutral-earth bond (only when off-grid). No, it needs to be plugged exactly in this way. It may look as a standard network cable but the ends are specific to the ports of the inverter and battery.
