Such a gorgeous timeless design for a rear lamp and I too much prefer the red to the clear

Your videos are always a wealth of information. Thanks for posting them! Will have to check the alignment of my Vantage lights now.

Are you insinuating that it rains a lot here in Britain? Lol😂

Perhaps - just a wee bit more than California. Thanks for watching!

I had to remove one of my tail lights and saw it was missing those sealing gaskets too. The Aston Martin dealer wants $11 each for them so Scuderia is a bargain at $3. I just went to the hardware store to got rubber fender washer gaskets. Even though it's America with its old measurement system one of the sizes was a perfect fit and only $2 for all 3.

Excellent that you solved it on your own without paying $30 in Aston tax. Thanks for watching!

11/32? When is the USA ever going to start using metric ffs?! Don't get me wrong, I love KNOWING the OLD Imperial measures, and how they came about (it's European history after all. US modifications to the old British measures came later, when presumably the founding fathers had forgotten what a pint or gallon or hundredweight or a ton were, but get with the 20th/21st century and nearly all of the rest of the world. I doubt your Aston Martin is made using American AF anywhere on any of its cars. Why would it? Just to please the isolationist US? Try a 9 mm socket sir, although usually 8 or 10 mm are used in most applications. No offence intended, but . . . .

50 years ago, when I was in elementary school, they talked about how the US was going to convert to metric. I was so happy because now everything would be in tens. Never happened! Not sure the reasoning behind not making the switch even 50 years later.
