We install a 60 gallon air compressor system with filtration in the shop. Every shop whether it be a woodworking shop, car shop, or metal shop; a compressor is an amazing thing to have. But the little pancake compressors are horribly load and obnoxious. We upgraded our shop to this 60 gallon, 5hp air compressor complete with filtration and lubrication. We also go over our favorite method on how to run air lines. It is so easy, anyone can do it!

For weeks I have been considering how to plumb air lines in my barn. That said I have watched quite a few vids showing all manner of materials and options. I am so happy I came across yours. Thank you for the links to the supplies. One ?….We’re the clamps 3/4 inch or 1/2 inch? Fantastic, right to the point video. THANK YOU👍👍 Ray

How do you keep from freezing that compressor in the winter being outside??

I live in the south so freezing in the winter isnt much of a worry for me.

@@Statedwoods ahh well that makes sense. Way up Nort here in Iowa we have to be mindful. I've found some crankcase heaters IR makes as well as trace heat tape for the drains etc.. You would never put an air compressor outside like that here, at least not in the winter! I like your flex hose ideas, I may cheat and do some of that. Thank you for the response!
