Installing Bash Bars on my 240SX 

-Has 300+HP SR20 240sx and a garage filled with sick tools and toys. -Gets excited by an angle grinder Great video regardless hahah

I'm going to try and make my own bash bar with a harbor freight welder wish me luck!

Finally bash bars they look so good. But are you gonna take your bumper off drifting now? it hurts watching you bump stuff and destroy the bumpers

Now make sure u don't drift with your bumper on so u will get crazy air flow and not have to worry about your car getting so hot anywhere near as quick.

For the little ramps to get your car up enough to get the lift under... Just cut out the Swiss track and fit the ramps inside of it so they can move then when you want them gone just take them out a put the pieces you cut out back in to make it look nice!!

Adam just an idea but if you switch out your stock bonnet catch for rally type pins you can get rid of that mass above your intercooler and relocate your horn it's going to massively increase your airflow hopefully fixing your cooling issue (presuming your new body kit has a vented grill), and just one more thing please please please switch out them ratchets (or wrenches I think you call them) as every time you use them in cringe at the sound and I'm sure many other mechanics do too one day it's gonna slip and take yout knuckles off get Alberto give you some info on them.. loving the upgrades lately keep it up dude your Killin it

Please dont weld the brand new beautiful bash bar in the front. Drilling and retapping the hole would be a much better option for longevity's sake and easier if you hypothetically ever needed to take it off in the future. Just my 2 cents though. Keep it up!

Adam, wouldn't it be more convenient to remove your bumper while you drift because it stops the airflow to the radiator. Just saying, not sure.

front end looks way better without bumper!! also might help with. overheating issue.

you should use leather gloves when you use a grinder I had a cutting wheel on my grinder and the disk broke and destroyed my hand I'm in rehab still for my hand

Yea adam i think u need an new intercooler intake temps can cause overheating so ya intercooler and some high temp Castrol Coolant and u will be set up Mint.

For those lil ramps to keep them from slipping you could cut boards to go from the wall to the ramps to keep them from slipping.

you should keep the sr20-det in this car and get another 240 without frame damage and put the 2jz in that

Hi adam my bmx got stolen yesterday i have your frame on it for 2 weeks and now my bmx and frame are gone please give me some luck to find it

maybe do a couple of runs at drift event without bumper on to see if you car still over heats because there won't be any air restriction to cooler or rad if it still over heats you know your problem is elsewhere

You can use pool noodles or something similar to help with gapping
