Replacing the outdated frame wipers with frameless ones as they look better and alot cleaner in my opinion. There are some misconceptions towards frameless wipers and i myself will be testing for those!
some common misconceptions will be cleared in this video.

These make alot of different. Been using the Bosch Clear Advantage frameless wipers blades on my i10 and they work so much better. The guard on your stock wipers blades is to improve the aerodynamics of the stock blades, so the faster your car goes, the more the wind will push the wipers onto the windshield, this is something that is buit into the frameless wiper body design, thus no extra guard is needed.

Just another tip. Once the wiper blades are removed, place a microfiber cloth and place the wiper arms gently on the windshield keeping the cloth in between. If by mistake, the arms fall on the windscreen, then they'll break for sure. They are spring loaded so the force will be more than enough to break the glass.

I actually had this part in the video, but I cut it out assuming everyone will swap to new wipers right away. But yes it's necessary!

The OEM ones have spoilers. That’s the “guide” you spoke about. They are there for a reason. On higher speeds it makes sure that the pressure distribution is still consistent. Also, frameless wipers causes issues to the motors on a long run.

The flexibility in the frameless ones are better and do not put pressure on the corners like the skeletal ones, Hella razor or Bosch Advantage are some good frameless wiper blades to use.

Frameless wipers were stock on Škoda Fabia ! A sub brand version of VW, but wasn’t available on any polo or vento

They'll definitely be better performing than these, the smaller frameless wipers sort of miss about 1mm of screen in the end. Hybrid won't have this problem. Overall frameless looked better to me.

Frameless wiper doesn't suit the anatomy of VW Polo, Vento, Ameo and Skoda Rapid's windshield as their curvature is not accommodative of the farmless wipers. I happened to use 9 frameless wiper on my Vento & Rapid in an year from different brands (including 3 Bosch Clear Advantage) where each one went kaput in a month making irritating squeaking noises compelling to switch back to normal ones. Do not waste Rupees on these.
