It just warmed my heart that you had trouble thinking of english instead of Italian for your explanation... How beautifully you have integrated with these amazing people.
Brady when you both first started this home, I thought you were nuts. It’s been a ton of work, but well worth it. The home is looking gorgeous….job well done ❤
You have done an amazing job. I have been watching since the beginning & I am extremely impressed with your work. Congratulations on your beautiful goal coming true.
Take pictures of that under-floor heating system. It is a work of art! Those guys installing are very proficient in laying those plastic pipes as each room ends up perfectly spaced. I don’t know how they do that! The pattern is stunning!
Heather & Brady ❤ I am sooo excited for you! What a glorious step forward in the progress of making this your home. I am already visualizing how beautiful it will be once you are done. 😊 A masterpiece of grit & determination with a healthy dose of love & constant high vibrations. Many blessings 🙏🏼🥰🇨🇦. Thank you for the update & bringing us along. 👀🙏🏼
I think the word you're looking for is Manifold like the intake and exhaust manifold on a engine. It's funny I was just thinking about how it looked when you were digging out the old floor and what a hopeless task it seemed like. It's wonderful that you have been this fast. your girls will get to live in the house they've only imagined. I watched an English guy do a wonderful art woodwork house that was actually insane. By the time his girls could move into their rooms they had left for collage. Then some years later while on vacation, it burned down.
Bradey, I had the same feeling watching you lay the panels. The floors were the last “rough surface” left inside the house. There is a definite sense that this project has shifted to finish work. Well done! Keep it up!
Not only do you do such a fantastic job taking your audience through your"CASTLE" building process, your children will have the videos to treasure forever. Your girls are so blessed to have such awesome parents that are giving them the most adventuresome life a child could ever want and I am sure they will truely recognize that more and more as they grow up.......after all its all on video......AWESOME
What a silly and discriminatory comment. All the houses in Italy are built according to the most modern European (and therefore world) standards, what you see in this video is the most normal thing that a team of professionals has done.
I have watched since the beginning episodes… just mind blowing all the hard work you & your team has put into this home! Kudos to you Brady!!!! Your stamina is amazing! Your family is adorable! Curious to the final cost.
Looks like a fantasy castle. It is very beautiful. That shot through the rooms makes it look like a thousand stories ready to be written. Filled with wonder. Stone homes are such a dream.
If you, as an American needs to search for english words bc of all the Italian... that means, you are more and more adapted to Italy!! congratulations!!! It is so interesting to watch the process of laying the pipes!!!
So very beautiful for what of the hard work you have done. It's going to be beautiful. Your a .very hard worker with your family along side of you. Well done
Your family has done fantastic on renovating this heirloom home. I can see it in your latest videos and feel your pride and excitement of a dream becoming a reality. You have shared your family efforts to build a dream, that sharing gives your followers so much enjoyment, they share your pride in a job well done. Blessings from a Michigan follower.
As this video started, I had the same pictures in my head of your family digging out the depths of the floors of the old barn. You really have turned the corner!
Looking beautiful! I’m happy you’ve moved to posting on Mondays. I follow many RU-vidrs that post on Sunday so it’s nice to have your videos on a different day. Yay!
❤❤❤You and the crews never cease to amaze me with the products and installations in your gorgeous home. The opening shot of the arches and stonework is stunning!!!
Wow, this weeks transformation.!😮 I know you all getting so excited to move in. The stone work as you walk through absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait to see the window you've chosen. The country goats just got their eviction notice!🐐🦵😂
How smart are those Italians to come up with a better way of installing the infloor heating. Leonardo would be proud. I almost missed seeing that white goat today. 😊
What is going to be the next venture? Are you going to live in this house and make it home? You are putting such beautiful time and energy into it. Love watching the weekly episodes
I've been following your journey since the beginning. I am so very proud of you all for your hard work, persistence, and vision. You are now so close to the finish line. Congratulations! Warm regards, Nora from Texas. ❤
it is amazing to be part of the renovation from the start so i feel the same you do that now it is starting to look like a real house. now there is almost only walls and final floor left can´t wait to see your kitchen and furnature being added
Have been following you since the beginning of your project. Seeing your progress is incredible and inspiring, almost as much as witnessing your tenacity, sense of humor and attention to detail. And I also love seeing all the information about the Italian/European building technologies and methods. Well done guys!!!
Oh, I am excited! The place looks beautiful already! And thank you so much for scenes of those beautiful hills and villages! As exciting as it is for us, you must be over the moon. God bless you as you keep on keeping on!
This is incredible! It has transformed into such a beautiful home! I am so excited to see the “fun part” of designing and seeing all of the finishes come together. My heart dropped when I saw the goat at the end! Nooooooo! Stay out!!! I mean - it was cute/funny - but just stay out! 😮
This is so beautiful and now heat! I pray those naughty goats stay away! I just saw your brief video of when you started the process. I had forgotten how I thought that this home would take forever to finish! I love that and your family are taking us with you on this journey!
Phenomenal work by the team, as usual. I think about how you get to work alongside the experts which builds your knowledge as you progress. I did also wonder about the goats only to see one near the anti-climactic end of the video. See you soon.
Progress, huge progress. I see a house taking shape. Oh my! I’ve been following for a year or so. It seems like yesterday, but this is a long term project.
This was fascinating, thanks for all the info. Now I'm off to research. Looking fantastic! Bet you're all getting excited as it really comes together, thanks for the videos.
You need to publish before and after pictures in the Italian version of "Better Homes and Gardens" or whatever publication they have. This has been a pretty monumental build! It's fascinating to watch the pipes going in. It's intricate, but simple at the same time. Very cool!
Very beautifully done Brady. Tthe workmen are exceptionally great workers. The floors look good. everything is in order. hope this house is completed in the next few months. Step by step your goals are being met. I look forward to your next video in the middle of this week or next Sunday. Thank you so much!
You are going to love radiant floor heating. Be sure to put in plenty of zones. When I don’t have guests, I can lower those rooms to 50 f. I also like my bedroom cooler than my kitchen and living space. I have died cement floors with scattered area rugs. I am considering installing a thin cork tile floor in the kitchen and living area to soften things on my feet and make it less slippery for my golden retrievers. My place is super insulated and with radiant heating my NG bill in February tops at about $40 per month…..and Montana gets pretty cold (-30 F). At some point I will convert to an electric hot water boiler with solar on my roof. Make sure you go high end on your pumps and solenoids. I’m running water through my pex lines.
Looks so good and you and all contributors made a good work! But I also like the final sequence with the goat! 😂 I hope they will not disturb the comming process of applying the screed and remind you to look for closing all doors! Good luck! 🍀🍀🍀
Intricate installing of water lines with much care, doing it right the first time. Looks very good and should be very comfortable. Will be nice when you move it to enjoy the floor heating.
Impresionante vuestro trabajo; el de todos, pero va detrás de vuestra ilusión, determinación y alegría. Una suerte para vosotros y un ejemplo para los demás. Un afectuoso saludo desde Irún
I love watching your weekly improvements. Brady have you considered buying a leaf blower? I use mine inside my renovations and even to clean in my living space. It gets under all the furniture and what the broom misses not to mention outside. Thanx for all of the motivation and inspiration. Gina in Upstate New York USA moving to Portugal/Italy
It cracked me up to see that pesky, persistent goat coming around again at the end. I admire your patience in dealing with them. I would have gotten out a pellet gun or something by now. You're really winding down now. You all must be getting so excited!!! ❤❤❤
