I just love it when you drop a screw or nut or whatever, you hear it tink a couple of times but it never hits the ground. That's when you start looking for the flashlight and the profanity goes into overdrive.

Had the AEM version on my s2k, and you don't got to worry about the filter if you can get a mesh filter for yours to protect against water and dust to an extent.. Good thorough review girl!

Would help if you sprayed your bolts before hand with WD-40 or at least the lower ones, and the new cold air kit did sound much louder. 💪🏻

Hope to see you upgrade the TIP (Turbo Inlet Pipe) :) Have a 2020 FK7 EX-L so far with --> [27won W2 Turbo, Custom CAI, Custom DPFP, FMIC w/ TCP's & Lambo headlights instead the BMW style you used and wow does it all make the difference! I'm a geek for civic mods so def going to follow your progress. Good luck with future mods!

IDK, clean install for sure, would be a little worried about hydrolocking. Think I would have tried to do a short ram air right in front of the grill.

Guessing around 10...usually don't get much from CAI

Maybe 2-3 hp, maybe. Since the filter is stuck behind a blocked off part of the bumper and the intake pipe is now a lot longer it could just as easy lost 2-3 hp. Modifying the intake without tune is more of an estethic mod then a performance one.
